Announcement Forum Development [v1.0]

Dear members,
I am thrilled to announce the launch of our new forum. This platform is designed to provide a space for our community to come together, share ideas, and collaborate.
I took the initiative to create roles and badges for each role within the forums, so you can easily identify members with specific responsibilities. The custom stylesheet that you see right now has been created by me, with the goal of enhancing the overall look and feel of the forums. Furthermore, I have personally resolved any permission issues and fixed any register errors that may have been present.
I am dedicated to ensuring that our forums run smoothly and efficiently, and am committed to continuously improving the user experience. In the near future, I will be introducing more in-depth roles, including administrator roles that specify their positions, as well as roles for different factions and gangs within the community.
