Angelo Musitano was born into a life of crime and deception. His father, who led the notorious Musitano Syndicate, saw potential in young Angelo and began grooming him to take over the family business at a young age. However, Angelo's mum thought he should stay in school and made sure that he did.

When Angelo turned 17, right after his mum's passing, his father pulled him deeper into the illegal activities of the syndicate, teaching him all aspects of the trade and grooming him to become a soldier in the organization. Over the years, Angelo proved himself to be a capable and ambitious member of the Musitano Syndicate, rising through the ranks to become the hit squad leader by the time he was 24.

As the leader of the hit squad, Angelo executed many high-ranking members of rival organizations, earning a reputation of fear and respect within the criminal underworld. When Angelo's father was killed by a rival crew, the Formazzi's Syndicate, Angelo stepped up to take over the Musitano Syndicate. He was determined to seek revenge for his father's death, and sent his best men to take out the hit squad responsible. With the rival crew out of the way, Angelo took control of the entire region of Sicily, ruling with an iron fist for 10 years.

However, his reign came to a sudden end when his consigliere ratted him out to the FBI. On the run and with nowhere to turn, Angelo was forced to leave behind everything he knew and loved, including his wife, Selena. No one has heard from Angelo Musitano since he disappeared, leaving behind a legacy of fear and power within the criminal underworld.
